Frog Bucks Deposit Information

I am a student. How can I get more Frog Bucks?

Frog Bucks must be prepaid and are purchased online using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. To purchase Frog Bucks please follow these directions:

  1. Simply log onto my.tcu.edu
  2. Click the “Frog Bucks” icon
  3. The GET page will appear
  4. Locate “Login to GET:” and click on “click here to login” (Use your TCU username and password to logon)
  5. Under “Quick Links” click “Add Funds
  6. The next page will ask for your credit card information
  7. From the drop down choose the “Deposit Amount
  8. Then “Enter your credit card information
  9. Click “Continue
  10. A “Confirm Add Funds” page will appear. The total charge will include a $1 convenience fee.
  11. Click “Add Funds
  12. An Overview page will appear announcing that Frog Bucks were successfully added.
  13. You will also receive a confirmation email.

At this time we do not offer the option of paying online using a bank draft.
If you do not have one of the above methods of payment please contact the ID Center. I am a parent. How can I get more Frog Bucks for my student?

  1. Visit https://get.cbord.com/tcu/full/prelogin.php
  2. The GET page will appear Locate “Guest Deposit” and click on “Click here to deposit funds into a student’s Frog Bucks account
  3. Enter the student’s ID number
  4. From the drop down choose the “Deposit Amount
  5. Then “Enter your credit card information
  6. Click “Continue
  7. A “Confirm Add Funds” page will appear. The total charge will include a $1 convenience fee.
  8. Click “Add Funds
  9. An Overview page will appear announcing that Frog Bucks were successfully added.

At this time we do not offer the option of paying online using a bank draft.

We see this error frequently with Mac users. If you are a Mac user, please try to use Chrome first. If you cannot do that, please follow these instructions:

  1. Pull up Safari
  2. Click on “Preferences”
  3. Click on “Options”
  4. Click on “Privacy”
  5. Click on “Cookies”
  6. Click on “Never”
  7. Please try to login again after the above updates.
